Summary of Project

Original walls were built with 2x4s and stacked to make up the gable walls, vulnerable to strong winds. They had a bad storm and wall was compromised and leaked profusely. We removed the gable walls, windows and door, installed 6″ steel heavy gauge walls and rebuilt walls with new doors and windows to make a much sturdier, storm resistant wall.

We were asked to:

1. Create an appealing entrance from the street side of the lake home.
2. The owners were planning to retire, and they wanted a large garage and storage area with a guest suite upstairs.
3. Create a circular driveway and extra parking.
